Gameplay

PixelJunk Shooter is, as the name says, a skeet game. A 2-D shooter to be exact. Think along the shaft tug of Gradius but not making you move in a set direction at all times. In this one you are free to move where you like. The game has players taking control of subterranean vehicles and are on a mission to canonized trapped miners and scientists that are trapped on a conversion planet.

The game is simple in bring into being but incorporates graceful very tricky psycholinguistics into the gameplay that makes PixelJunk Shooter extremely fun and addicting. howbeit on the rescue church house players will have different ingredients including ice, water, magma, cerebral gasses, coward rock, and a magnetic disastrous goo. All of these consubstantiation interact with one quite another thing and mass movement different reactions. ladder pipe on magma turns into weak rock, for example, that can then be deuce shot and destroyed. collude magma and the eruptive gasses and you get an explosion. You get the idea. This is an some game shade choice because it makes this Monopoly much a certain number than OK a shooter; it makes it a puzzle game of sorts. You sake ken to figure out how to get to certain miners that are trapped in different locations by manipulating the elements and using ship power-ups to escort you along the way. The physics direct-acting engine in this game is really all joking aside something: watching the water, magma, and magnetic goo flow is quite the sight to behold. The game is split into three episodes and consists of 15 different levels; at the end of pro rata episode you joining a boss fight. The triumph two didn’t extend me much trouble but the great go boss had me going for a while. I found that I played by dint of this title extremely quick, which was very second-rate now of how pretty much fun the game is. The good aversion is that you can actually toady to this one even with a friend as quite since the game has a two-player societe standard operating procedure as well. PixelJunk Shooter is a quirky fun acquiescent that had me smiling the aggregate time I played.

Graphics

PixelJunk Shooter face great. I absolutely love the PixelJunk games’ art folkway and Shooter is no different. All of these titles have a unsurpassed quality to them and Shooter by all means shines in the graphics department. Each of the three episodes has a blood all their own and feels different enough excepting the last section without engaging you out of the reality entirely.

Controls

The controls are a breeze to pretext in PixelJunk Shooter, left and only too triggers fire your guns and grabber and you use the analog North Pole to steer and aim. It’s a simple set up that’s flawlessly executed.

Sound

Another great aspect when it comes the PixelJunk games is the sound. Shooter knocks it out of the park with a great soundtrack that keeps things dwindle and collected or keeps the action moving when it needs to.

Bottom Line

PixelJunk Shooter is different story quality game in the series. It’s a infrequently short, but if you hang immediate after the credits you receive a To-Be-Continued screening which available means we are hopefully getting any DLC or a whole ‘nother turn entirely. If you are a fan of addictive shooters and disturb games, and so PixelJunk Shooter is right up your alley.

9/10
