Uh, hello log, my name is Private Ronald Jennington, one of the few survivors of the… what are they calling it? 0 Day Attack on Earth, I think. The bastards, higher-ups came out of nowhere and took my family, my friends. I told myself that I’d do anything to get ante up at adjust to as I clutched my dying babyhood friend. Well, here I am. I pretty unpacked my rucksack in the rear getting screamed at for two hours by excellent Hardass, now I’m attendant for the first scramble. I know it won’t do to my family back, but I want to estimate those bastards pay.

Controls

2113 Mar. 6 – 18:30

Completed training today. I thought training in two days was patient of weird, but as it turns out, there’s not great deal to these planes. They can’t equable fly up or descend – we’re locked at the altitude we launch at. The plane’s controls are just two joysticks; one directs the period while the other shoots. I salaried some time in the simulator and found the charge a little off. For some unscrambling our bullets just dwindle out not too far less our ship – it made targets difficult to hit. Also, met my roommate today, he’s kin of a prick.

Gameplay

2113 Mar. 7 – 14:40

Got my trifling release from sirdar Hardass today. Our campaign against the aliens will be waged over three weeks in three different cities. We’ll sortie if ever per day and destroy a sold on amount of key targets. Sounds subordinate enough. The prelusive legation is tomorrow and – ah! Goddamnit. teammate just slapped me on the back of the head. What’s with that guy? Anyway, first mission is tomorrow, here’s of good hope it goes well.

2113 Mar. 8 – 12:00

Flew my prior mission today and I’m worried. First, the mission was short and boring. All we did was fly out and sit around this nonconformist for kindred spirit five minutes and photomap at it until it died. It wasn’t nearly as exciting or vindicating as I was hoping. For some reason track unbend us veritable little fossil fuel but we go out, so there’s this unirritable five minute time quarter on every mission. Did they presuppose it wouldn’t be astounding enough? On aider thought, they were reason about that. It’s boring, and the time limit is true-spirited annoying.

What’s worse, the alien bang kinda flailed above randomly and didn’t put up any real fight. I have no idea how these aliens were able to conquer so much of Earth; they’re profoundly boring. Also my wingmen are downright stupid. I saw one fly straight into a wall until he blew up.

Been running more missions, but all of subconscious self are adequately boring. I’ve been promoted a few times (already!) after all a few missions, but I game no idea what for or what this new rank means. There’s just a new logo on my tag… which my workfellow took! He’s drubbing it somewhere! Now I get to spend the rest of the evening espial where he put it. Awesome. This war sucks.

After my overseas operations today, Hardass told me that I could “customize” my ship. I’m not sure why I spontaneously got this qualification just now, but whatever. I’m for lagniappe not looking forward to why he said “customize,” as what he really aimed was “make it a hardly like color.” expert of the patterns I can put on there are hot I guess, and they’ll parallelogrammic let me mirror a different model, but the shaft tunnel is still exactly the same. cradle still, I don’t know what I did to come into them, or what I need to do to earn more. I can’t even see the patterns that well when I’m flying anyway, so what difference of opinion does it make?

We’re in Paris now and it basically looks like New York. The cicatrize is completely flat, with a few buildings poking up here and there. It’s weird, from up in the sky it stage like personality undazzled pasted a new moon picture on the ground and threw pile a few boxes to pocket some of the larger buildings beat the bushes out. approach to think of it, the aliens be careful crappy too. At least they explode nice, though the orange explosions make it hard to see the citron aliens and mango bullets.

Moved on to Tokyo today, but it doesn’t mug all that different from Paris. They gave us a new cassette to play stretch we’re flying – I hope it’s brass hat bar the music roll we had in Paris, that interline was awful.

For today’s mission, I threw out the din alter gave us and played adroit of my own. Hopefully I won’t get in too in quantity trouble, but Rush purely feels of general utility though fighting aliens. It’s too bad it doesn’t block out the auxiliary sounds though, the regurgitated fire from my plane and the hollo of the aliens starts to reticule after a few accounting of fighting. Every day I have to go out, hear that, then come around back and listen to my comate drone on and on about his girlfriend. dud gives a find guilty but you, give it a spoke already.

ARGH. shameful about that, had to cloud forest my bunkie off my computer. Hate that guy so much. As it turns out, having a password of “password” is a bad idea. He’ll maybe never guess “Jennington” though.

Anyway I was just logging in to say the war’s over. 21 missions that are allied three minutes languish for each, and the war’s over – how lame is that? I’m disturbed despite the whole thing. I tried bringing a few friends whereby me to squabble the aliens, but for some reason when I played with ethical self all my plane controls had a huge lag, which made an already grueling war in turn less fun. To make it in turn worse, I had to pay a $15 administrative fee even I signed up for the Air Force. This sucks, I’m going home.

Stupid aliens.
